Refund waiting since a month

Due to zara technical issue on site when I was ordering the amount got deducted from account but the order got canceled this was on June 10th 2021 , I spoke to customer care on same day and as suggested waited for 14 days for refund , and till today I havent received my money back and now they have off customer care calling service and on Zara chat its even more pathetic this is fraud and I will report this issue .
