I visited Zara on Roosevelt Field Mall Garden City NY, 11530. On June 30th at 7:30 pm. Melvin, the manager closed the store before its originally closing time. (Closed at 7:30 instead of 8:00pm.) He claimed the store was at maximum capacity and therefore he was going to close the store at 7:30 everyday moving forward. He added, I will update the website new closing hours. Thank you for reminding me.This was truly upsetting to me as this had never happened before.
