My product has been lost.
I received a notification that the product I ordered was ordered through FedEx. I went to check, but there was no product. I checked several times and confirmed that the delivery was complete, but my item is gone. I also got a notification that the product was delivered at 4:30 PM, but I lost my package whether it was a mistake on FedEx or someone took it. My order number is 525********. I ordered 2 tops and 2 pants, for a total of 4 items. What if the parcel is lost due to someone else's mistake, not my fault?
