We bought a "special" of Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher and Stove. I "upgraded" the refrigerator to a slightly bigger one, was told it was a GE made, was told it's about the same size as my old one, and upgraded the stove. First off the delivery date was off; what had been in stock wasn't, but on the delivery date we received only 2 of the 4 items. First off, the microwave is a GE, supposedly a good brand, makes So much noise. Had it checked out but the fan is making that noise and Can't be repaired. The refrigerator is 18 Cf, my old one 21 CF. I tried to find the brand online, and it took forever. It is a "Conservator" made in Thailand. The dishwasher, which has been used about 8 times since I got it now doesn't dissolve the soap, which is recommended. I finally got fed up and called the salesman, to see if they could offer an upgrade on the refrigerator or if they had any such policy. He was very nice, but told me they have No policy, at any time. He told me that the refrigerator was made by GE, and I told him it wasn't, but he said that's what His buyer told him. Also, told me that they sell these at an affordable price. Well, yes, that's why we went there. Their products used to be great, along with their service, but no more. We wound up paying $2400 for a noisy microwave, a *** refrigerator, and a not so great dishwasher. The stove is OK, but every one of my 20 year old previous appliances worked better that the new ones. It's a shame they can't include quality with a lower price tag. I'll never go back that's for sure. User's recommendation: Be careful with the quality of the products you invest in. Read the ads. We can't rely on their words. They are only interested in Profit.. . s. It's a shame there is no pride in the items they sell. Once they sell it, it's out of their hands.
