I recently stopped using this card because I finally set up my direct deposit to go to the debit card I use. I received an "inactivity fee" email and proceeded to call to deactivate my card. I was told to transfer the money then call back. However, I learned that I cannot transfer because it is under the required amount. The card won't accept money transfers either. I cannot use the card as well to get rid of the balance. I just attempted to call back to try to deactivate the card anyway because come on, really, who cares about one cent. I was put on hold and when I finally get to speak to someone, they HUNG UP ON ME. User's recommendation: Don't use this card. It is a trap.
