Absolutely Horrible Service Theft

I recently had my information stolen and used to purchase some item from SHEIN,another impossible Company and after reporting the theft immediately being as though I get alerts to my phone.My account was closed without allowing me any other option to get MY funds other than a 1-2 business day delivery of a replacement card for a fee of 35 dollars I paid the fee and was told my card would be here tomorrow after which time I waited and now after 3 days of waiting and rude in educated customer service Reps I still have no card and no access to my funds User's recommendation: Nightmare.
