Never sent my order

I placed an order on the zumiez website paid extra to have it sent sooner. Was supposed to be sent out in 2 days, 4 days later still no update on it being sent out so I called them to check on the status. They tell me the item is out of stock but it wasnt on the site and wouldve never known until i called them. So they asked if there was another item or shirt i was interested in and i found another shirt in the size I needed and it was available on the website they come back and tell me this shirt isnt available is there another your interested in at that point I just said give me my refund your selling items that you dont actually have..just give me User's recommendation: Do not use there website, it says they have the item but most likely dont.
