I stayed there 3 months. After the 1st month I got offered to pay a lesser premium because I stayed longer. The Manager (Rachel) took it away a few weeks after she offered it to me. You can't do that. Then during the 4-day power outages here in Katy Texas, she made an unauthorized charge on my debit card, (which I did not give her, nor was in her presence) for 4 days. I took everything out and still got charged w/ no explanation why. That's unacceptable, privileged, entitlement behavior. Customer Relations wouldn't honor giving me my money back. They lie and give you the run around. Very unprofessional, I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at any of these extended stays.
