Watch out for auto-renew – I feel it is a catch

Update by user Jun 14, 2021 Meindmeister do not seem to be interested in customer satisfaction - just profits. Complete refusal to refund even though I only used it two or three times and stated that I was unaware of an autorenewal clause.I cannot believe this is how a global company operates in this day and age. Must be struggling financially. Original review posted by user May 15, 2021 I purchased MindMeister about 1 year ago. I only used it for the first couple of days and then never again. I received notification two days ago that it had been auto-renewed! I requested a refund (it's very hard to find out how to contact them by the way) and was told no - I was aware of the default auto-renew setting!! Lack of integrity!! Greedy!! User's recommendation: Avoid!!
