NEWLY PURCHASED HEADPHONES ARE BROKEN
Called amazon over the weekend regarding broken head phones that don't longer keep a charge. Supervisor called bluedio but office was closed. Received an email with the office contact info but call didn't go through for reasons unknown. Called amazon customer service today &;;;;;; spoke with a rep that said he could only send me a return label for the faulty headphones. I would like a new pair to be sent to me instead.
