I purchased multiple times from their website over the years. After having orders cancelled after payment, I contacted customer service. I was told there was some reselling going on in my area, and I was not allowed to purchase from their company. I was not buying merchandise to resell. I saw some good deals and tried to purchase more than 1. Without any communication, beauty brands has decided to decline my business. I had also received expired and used items in the past when ordering from them. User's recommendation: don't be surprised to received older/expired items.
