I will not purchase another product from honey well. I know that honey well has many subsidiaries around the world. I will work to not purchase those products again. I do not understand how you can sell a product and 2 years later not support. Not to mention I could not receive any assistance when I bought it. It never worked properly to begin with. User's recommendation: Do not purchase any Honeywell products. They are not equips to support their products.
