Update by user May 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 08, 2021 Large online order placed, 3 items. 2 items received with proof of delivery from Fed Ex. Large most $$ item not received. MANY hours on the phone, hung up on several times, with many different BB&B people, way too many answers,resolutions, none of which make sense. NO proof of shipping or delivery for large item, over $500!!! And now they want a police report???? With no proof of delivery there is nothing to report!!! User's recommendation: Don't order anything online from BB&B.
