When the email confirming my purchase came, I opened it and on the front was an invitation to get a free $10 gift. I got hijacked an ended up with some shopping program with fees and then two fraudulent $1 charges. CITI bank made me get a new credit card number. I have since gotten the account cancelled but lost time to do so and now a new credit card number to memorize! BB&B should look into this hijack scheme and block it. User's recommendation: any thing shows up in front of BB&B email do not open.
