They have no record of the complaint that I am calling to check up on. I had ordered about $400 in parts. And there just OK with me going somewhere else apparently. User's recommendation: Find an auto parts supplier that hires people with mechanical aptitude and not kids straight out of high school or even still in high school. And just because a woman calls herself Steve does not mean that she knows anything about vehicles and they need to quit hiring these people. They are a joke in the automobile industry. If they have knowledge great but that's not even a qualification to get a job at this place and it's very very obvious. They are also is sexist as it gets. If I go in after parts I don't get argued with. If I send my wife to help us out so I can stay under the vehicle I am working on. They try to get her to buy anything except for what I sent her for. Come to find out. They do the same to my daughter. But not my son. So they will hire a sexually confused woman but discriminate against a woman with kids and a husband! Makes sence...
