AVOID this company at all costs!!

We had an espresso machine that broke after 5 years. I contacted Breville by phone, email, Twitter multiple times requesting a repair center. NO ONE ever responded! We looked for a repair center within a 4 hour driving window but no one repairs Breville anymore. They all said that they were impossible to deal with and you can not get parts. I went to Williams Sonoma where we purchased it and they were great but also could not get a response from a Breville respresentative. So our $800 machine has been tossed out and we bought a DeLonghi. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.
