I LOVED THIS COMPANY AT BEFORE THE 2020 BUT....Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I waited over a month for my order for my bussiness the Hall for Parties. Customer service emails take days to answer and Ive been on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service for help. Currently have been on hold almost an 2 hour every day. I need some help! I just want my money back so I can be done with this. Wish I've see at the Facebook reviews and coments before I ordered.
