Wrongly charged for an extra 2 years

Order Number: 1546**** I signed up for a 2 year subscription with you 2 years ago which was fine. Knowing that it would be up dec. 12 2020 I unsubscribed and sent a note saying I was getting off your service. I removed your software from my laptop and mobile Now doing my taxes I suddenly see a bill from you in Jan.for another 2 year subscription. This must be reversed immediately. Your online chat help was unhelpful and abusive. I trust that you willl amicably refund the money. If not I will see to it that you get a reputation you would not wish for. Sincerely, Loren Claassen Chase card ending in 1736 for Loren Claassen User's recommendation: Do not buy Private Internet Access.
