I am in Vancouver and yesterday May 19,2019 we went to one of your location in Metrotown Ardene at 6:00 pm . There’s employees have no sense of cutomer service and doesn’t want to help the customer and if you ask anything they show the attitude. I went with my daughters and we were trying to find the right size so were looking for the sizes up and down and their was an employee with blonde hair came to me and we asked her as on the table it says 3 for $15 is that for everything on that table and she showed me attitude and says no and left. After second she came back to me and told me that you guys are making mess and I am watching you. I told her politely that we are just looking for our size as no one is helping us and if you were watching us why didn’t you come and helped us and with an attitude she screamed at me and staring at me and said you guys are very disrespectful and than I got mad and I told her this is your job to arrange everything and if you don’t like doing your job stay home . I have been living in CANADA for last 20 years and I have shopped more than 100 stores and I have never had an worst experience like yesterday .this is disgusting that an employee is telling and screaming at the cutomer like that . I am complaining you so that you guys should know how your franchise is providing worst cutomer service and rude to their customers and if you think it’s not appropriate than you guys should take a serious action so that customers will be continuing shop from your locations. I will never go back to that location again where employees want to sit but not helping the customer and rude and insulting there cutomers in front of everyone .
