My first Le Duo worked fine for about 5-6 months, then stopped working. I read the product had a 1 year warranty. I contacted the company, I got a lot of run around, never speaking to the same person. They asked me to send a video of me using it, and proof of it not working, which I did. They sent me another one, (I will say I received the replacement within a week, so I was satisfied about that). The replacement Le Duo did not work at all. I did not wait for them to ask for another video, I sent another one within a day or two of receiving it. They claimed there was no video videovattached.probably sent the User's recommendation: Read the reviews before purchasing from this company!!
