The 60mm LeVolume sat in my travel bag for a couple of months before I ever used it. I noticed the power would blink off and on while styling my hair. At first I thought, well you know how condos are, maybe its not getting adequate power, so I changed rooms and sockets. Same problem. Same thing when I got home. I emailed customer service on Monday, sent a video and Bam I had the replacement on Friday. Not only do I love every product and tool Ive bought, Lange excels in support & service. User's recommendation: Highly Recommend this company.
