Dismal customer support
I keep getting an email about an expiring credit card number on my subscription when I have already updated it in the webpage. I have tried chat support with a robot named Bala who keeps asking me the same questions and I get on endless hold on phone support only to be disconnected after a half hour. My daughter wanted to buy an Arlo video doorbell and I have told her NOT to buy Arlo since the service is so BAD. G. Dodge
