Resolved: Poor customer service and not a good product

Update by user Mar 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Feb 16, 2021 I bought my Arlo 2 with 4 cameras 15 months ago. suddenly now the batteries will not charge. Customer service has offered me a 30% discount on a purchase, I just want my batteries to charge. Total waste of money User's recommendation: do not purchase.
