Defective camera…

1 month after buying 3 cameras and 2 solor charging station from this company, one of the cameras stopped working. I took the camera down to see what the problem was and found that their was cracks in the housing around the mounting bolt and water in the camera. After a ton of questions and opening a claim...It's been several weeks on the phone back and forth with customer service and tech support, and still no replacement of the faulty equipment. Still waiting for a return shipping slip to send back to Arlo! support User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE..I would be buying any other products from this company.
