Cant understand arlo rep over the phone “heavy accent”

please need to talk to tech.rep. without a such heavy accent have called 3 different times and spent practically over an hour each time and just such a language difference cant get anywhere they are very knowledgeable and polite -adding a 5th reconditioned pro 2 to watch over my elderly parents and i can go live with it but it will not motion detect, can take stills or manual record and that goes to library but that is it, if cant motion detect totally useless for me i may have a bogus remanufactured camera need help finding out
