They said that someone got into my arlo so they block me out and how do i know if this is true because i cant go on it to see and they want me to pay $200.00 to get it fixed and i said i dont have the money to pay soi cant go onto my account. Also i had this account for over 5yrs. nd for this to happen.That stinks!and they dont even care.Also i dont even know if they a realy ligid people you talk to for arlo. User's recommendation: Watch out this can happen to you too when you spen alot of money for this stuff.
