Extremely poor. My sister got me a $100.00 gift card from NorthStyle. No where when checking out to apply the Order #. Called & was on the phone with them for over an hour. Yes can’t enter a #.

I suggest if you issue gift cards then you should be able to apply them. After an hour on the phone still not rectified. I suggest you train your employees instead of reading off a card. Absolutely no customer service at all. I will never order from you again. My sister who got me the $100.00 gift card will be contacting you tomorrow. She has spent hundreds &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; hundreds of $ with you but no more. You are the worst company I have ever worked with. Will post on FB accordingly so people know.
