On Monday, February 15th at 11:00 am, a tree limb covered with ice fell on a service wire causing it to land on our house. Entergy was called and reported. We called Monday-Thursday, February 18th with no results. Two Entergy personnel reviewed the wire on Wednesday, February 17th, but no one came to repair the wire. The houses on either side of 226 Hwy 98 W Tylertown, MS 39667 had power restored, but our house has had no power since February 15th. User's recommendation: Do not depend on Entergy to repair fallen wires in a timely matter!!!!
