3/3 at 8PM lost power and stayed off 2 hours. There was not any strange weather- no lightening , no strong winds, wasn't raining. It was warm , no jacket needed. Call Entergy and never spoke with a person . The 4 times I had to call back after 4 hang ups on Entergy's end. Could hardly hear , and the connection x4 was intermittently blocked so that it was as though every other word was blocked - then .... BOOM, disconnected 4 times. Just happy it wasn't a life or death situation.
