I paid extra for Easy Glides as I have two damaged shoulders and cannot move heavy furniture. The glides were put on and very quickly came off and were replaced. In February they came off and 9 phone calls to get them replaced, here we are in July and they still have not been replaced. Another call today and an appt for 10/08, lets wait and see if they turn up. 6 months to get DFS moving. Remember this if you think of buying from DFS. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
