I saw bad reviews so I decided to report my current experience.

I had a customer service issue and emailed them at help@***.com Their website has no phone number or address listed. I got an email response but it was incorrect, saying they had cancelled my order due to insufficient funds. I looked at my AMEX credit card bill and found their phone number. I got their address from a google search. I called Import CDs and got verification that my order went through. I had also called American Express, which had verified that they processed the payment. The customer service rep at Import CDs said that my order will arrive in 5-10 days by US mail and that I will get an email when they have shipped it. We shall see.
