Update by user Apr 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They paid all costs inc car hire. Update by user Apr 02, 2021 After a lot of ignored phone calls , I finally talked to someone. I was advised e mail is the best way to contact them (why didn't they say that from the beginning)Anyway , I finally got the go-ahead to have my vehicle repaired. I took it to a repair shop of my choice. I was then told there's a check in the post .I got a phone call from the shop 4 days later saying my vehicle was ready, so just bring the check and sign it over . I contacted Repwest about the check , saying I have no way of paying for the vehicle,they said 'Oh we forgot to send it'.So I hooked the shop and them up and they obviously came to an agreement and I was allowed to collect my vehicle the next day. It took a week longer than it should to get things moving , but it's all sorted now Original review posted by user Mar 02, 2021 One of their U Hauls hit my car while in a parking bay . I was not even in the car at the time. The mall cop saw it and passed me all details . How clean cut can it be. After 6 phone calls and leaving voicemail, they have still not returned my call. They're as much use as a bloody ashtray on a motorcycle .
