I cant get Movie Rewards corrected. I have one card. But they state I have 2. I get 2 movie messages at sane time with different card nos. For 5 yrs i have not gotten my rewards earned. I call.

I have 1xreward card Only. Yet i was informed that 2 cards are assigned to me. Sure enough i get 2 mailings with different reward nos. No one helps to get all rewards onto one card. I have watced prexiews of shows with REWARDS AND promised. HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING. I ONLY HAD ONE CARD ISSUED TO ME. I AM MAD BECAUSE 5 YRS IS TOO LONG.
