Have never been able to go on one of their trips as availability is never open to plan for a trip with this company. Explaining how to work their computer system to go on a trip is not going to happen as the sales person is not sure how to work this system either. Lots of hidden factors in this company timeshare program. Not at all a company to do business with. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company.
