Dear Mr. Jay McGraw, I was watching, The Doctors, today and one of the items that were being shown at a major discount seemed to be something my family member would have liked however that wasn't the case once they viewed the item on Morning Save. This is the website that it takes you to once you click on a link provided. During the show, The Doctors says nothing about this being a membership program, nor does it indicate that the consumer would have no telephone number to contact customer service if needed. I placed an order in which I want the order and membership canceled immediately.
