Unbelievable long wait time on hold

Need to change my booking in June 2021. Went on their mobile app and was unable to change booking. Pulled up reservation on computer and same thing. Interestingly enough, I want to stay one less day that originally requested and keep getting message that the hotel has no rooms to accommodate this request. Are you kidding me? I have the hotel room for four days and want to change it to three. Contacted Hotels.com on May 18 and have been on hold for 57 minutes. Think I will try different booking website in the future. User's recommendation: 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend.
