Unbelievable long wait time on hold

Need to change my booking in June 2021. Went on their mobile app and was unable to change booking. Pulled up reservation on computer and same thing. Interestingly enough, I want to stay one less day that originally requested and keep getting message that the hotel has no rooms to accommodate this request. Are you kidding me?... Read more➤
