LKQ refusing to refund Extended Warranty purchased 2 days ago.

On 05/02/21 I purchased the following items: Steel Bumper Door Electrical Switch Molding I made the purchase in the amount of $254.96 On 05/03/21 I purchased the following items: Hood Door Mirror 2 Inner Fenders I made the purchase in the amount of $504.61 This is the first 2 times I have ever gone to a junkyard to buy anything. When I got home and got online, that is when I saw where you can return your core and get the core money back. It was then, that I really looked at my receipts and saw the Extended Warranty that I was charged for every item I purchased. I called the LKQ Junkyard on Hiram Clarke Rd in SW Houston and I talked to a person by the name of Nadia. I told her that I was not aware of the automatic charge from the Extended warranty. Nadia told me just to go back to the junkyard with my receipts and they would credit my account the money from the Extended warranty charge. Today is 05/04/21 I drove to LKQ on Hiram Clarke Rd where I made the purchases both times. I talked to the people at the Cashier Window and they told me that they could not give me back or credit my account because I would have to bring back every single item I purchased so they could mark them with the new receipt number. They directed me to a Manager but she turned out to be working a Cashier window. I proceeded to tell the cashier/Manager that the parts were already on my truck. They insisted that every piece had to be brought back to them and that it could not be on the truck. I asked them why do they need to mark anything if I am refusing any and all warranty offered. She then said ok, I am going to write on the receipt that you dont want warranty of any kind I told her that was fine. She then said that she could not do it. I told her at that point that I would dispute it with LKQ Corporate HQ and she said Corporate does not know what we do here, so how are they going to give you back your money? Corporate doesnt know how we run things here! Corporate doesnt know how we mark the parts and how we operate at this location! I told her that was fine and that I would call LKQ Corporate and let them know about this. She then told me that she would refund me the entire amount in its entirety, but I would have to make the purchase again for everything and then she would credit my bank in about a week. She then asked me if I had the almost $800 in the bank to make the purchase. I told her I did not have that amount to cover the purchase amount again. She says I have until 05/05/21 to purchase it again, if not that I would not be able to get any extended warranty refunded at all. I think this is absurd, the customer service I get for making a purchase of almost $800 from LKQ and they want to just have me hopping around from person to person and supposedly talking to the manager. What really gets me upset is if I purchase all the items again, she would not charge me the Extended Warranty and she would refund the money back to my card without bringing back all of the parts so they could mark them. If she is willing to do that, then why would I not be able to just get the Extended Warranty refunded back to my card without having to make the same purchase for almost $800 again. It makes no sense! I have tried calling the Corporate # but says there is no operators available? I left a voicemail explaining who I am, my situation, and a callback number in case I needed to be talking to someone specifically about this. I have included a pdf of each receipt I have from the purchases. I would like to see if I could get my Extended Warranty refunded or credited back to my card. User's recommendation: Make sure to tell them not to charge you for the Extended Warranty if you don't want it. I did not know it was automatically added to each purchase.
