Why are the drivers so nasty?

Waiting for bus on 13 Mile by Beaumont hospital, but the front say not in service. I ask the driver was he 760 n with a nasty reply he said he didn't know what bus this is , it's ride down 13 n 14 . I told him why I was asking because what it say n he just stop...
