I placed a sizable order and reached out to get an ETA, I was told they were not sure although the money was out of my account right away. The representative checked and said it was in process phase. I asked well can it be canceled since I will need everything by the weekend. I was told it passed the phase of cancellation. I asked were return shipping labels included. I was told no initially, however when I mentioned pissed customer, I was told labels would be included. I am so annoyed. I shared timing disclaimer needs to be included. All in limbo right now.
