New facility in 2019. I got a deal by paying upfront 18 months in advance. Today I get a letter they have no more room for me. The place is full of 40 ft and bigger motor homes. Mine is a 41 ft 5th wheel. I was told it was all about algorithms. Nobody could explain it. They sell more than they store, and I feel as though that is what they need the space for. Excellent facility, great valet service full body shop and service. Not very pleased with service though. Solar had never worked since I bought it new in 2019, was told about 1000 to fix. I took a panel off and found a wire incorrectly hooked at the controller. Saved 1000. Beware! User's recommendation: Bigger the RV and only 250,000 and above.NO LOYALTY.
