Update by user Jun 28, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. SmartDuvet is a legit company. I finally received my order after informing them of my review on this site. The product delivered was packed well for shipping and I had no issues installing and connecting to it. I have emailed them several times over the years, and the reply is always some excuse for not shipping units, and they say you will receive your order soon. A few weeks back, they sent me a FedEx tracking number. The estimated delivery date was today. When I checked the tracking, it shows that they still haven't sent the package to FedEx. It does not seem like they are shipping units, or they are just not shipping to me. They seem all too quick to offer you a refund of your money, so that you can purchase one for double the price. How many more years do I need to wait before I receive my Smartduvet? User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
