The Crabapple, GA location absolutely plays in bait and switch tactics. I called 6 months ago to place my membership on hold based on COVID could have just canceled, but I did not to be fair to the location. Upon calling back, Josh claimed I didn't handle it correctly, I got charged, and he was a flip and rude. Glad I bought a Peleton instead. User's recommendation: Don't waste your effort or money...dont join.
