They hung up on me and tried to transfer me to customer service whom I already attempted to call and they were unable to help me. I cant believe its so hard to have someone email me a spec sheet for a meter pile that I need to be setting this weekend while everyone in their suit and ties are out having dinner with their families. Well know because of this wonderful customer service I cant get done what I need to get done and will have to go another week without power! Thank you!
