POOR SERVICE FROM STAFF

I WAS A GUEST THERE AT PLANET HOLLYWOOD FROM APRIL 11-13TH IN SUITE 3601..ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL AS WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN BY A CERTAIN TIME IT TOOK OVER 2HOURS BEFORE WE WER ABLE TO CHECK IN..THEY WER BEHIND ON HOUSEKEEPERS OR SOMETHNG ..NOBODY NOTIFIED US THRU THIS WAITING PERIOD...ON ONE NIGHT I HAD TO GO DOWN THE LOBBY BECAUSE MY KEY WOULDNT WORK 3TIMES WITHN 2OMIN...AND I GET ATTITUDE FROM STAFF LIKE ITS MY FAULT..THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK HAVE I EVER USED THESE KIND OF KEYS WHICH I TOOK VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND WAY OUT OF LINE COMING FROM A FEMALE NIGHT MANAGER WEARING SCRUBS..??THE KEY THING WAS AN ISSUE THE NEXT DAY ASWELL...OUR ROOMS WER NOT ATTENDED TO AT ALL...SO POOR SERVICE ON MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IT WAS NOT A GREAT WELCOME STAY ESPECIALLY BEING INSALTED BY A MANAGER..MY BROTHER WHO BOOKED THE ROOM SHOULD BE OFFERED A REFUND ON HIS ROOM AND I SHOULD BE GIVEN AN APOLIGY FOR THE DISCRIMINATION AND HOPE I DONT LAWYER UP BECAUSE IM VERY SURE YOU WOULD DO THE SAME HAD IT BEEN YOU IN MY SHOES!!! POOR ATTITUDES POOR SERVICE TO GUEST AND VERY DISCRIMINATIVE TOWARDS MYSELF!!!SHAME ON PLANET HOLLYWOOD!! User's recommendation: BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL...ANY OTHER HOTEL!!?
