Can’t log in to site

I signed up to take some BizRate surveys. When I got an email for a survey, I clicked on the link which took me to a page to log in. No matter what I tried, I couldn't log in. I clicked on the link and nothing happened. With no way to contact BizRate, I guess I'm done taking surveys before I even started! User's recommendation: Hope you have better luck than I did!
