I was having issues with my new Beelink mini-computer. I work from having 80-100+ daily. Internal audio seemed to be working, but all of a sudden I could get audio input or output through plugged in headphones. Something was wrong with headphone jack. IT was helpful with first trying less evasive options, but eventually resetting the computer had to happen. I was able to keep my personal files though. User's recommendation: If you have any problems reach out to customer service, and if the first option doesn't work let them know and keep asking.
