WON’T REFUND

Original review updated by user Jul 08, 2021 Ordered orthopedic shoes from drcomfort.com. Didn't fit, were painful. Returned them with provided label to DJO. Have emailed DJO SEVERAL times, called customer service, and tried to get help on the Dr. Comfort website about refund. No return call as promised, finally got 2 runaround emails from a customer service rep, the last of which contained a banner telling me I was being phished. Still no refund.
