I took my 16 year old daughter to a photo shoot in the didsbury office today no name outside the building we was there waiting 2 hours overall 5 hours in total I rang up to book the appointment and asked several times was their any cost at all otherwise I’m not coming. And was assured their was no cost involved. My daughter was accepted and the guy said someone from the London office will travel to Manchester to meet us but we need the pictures that they had taken to show In the meeting. I challenged this as the head office who apparently make the decisions had already seen her photos as he said he’d sent them as they make the decisions. So why would I take the same photos to a meeting that they have already seen doesn’t make sense!! I didn’t buy them! If they want to use my daughter as a model they would without us spending £399 for 10 pictures. I rang up the head office in London when I got home and any number you ring weather it’s Leeds or London puts you straight through to the Manchester office when I asked was their an office in London the lady didn’t reply and just said if I email them she will get someone to ring me back! Yeah prob the guy who was trying to sell us the photos very disappointing and upsetting for the children involved
