Treated like I was a criminal. Very rude and hard to understand Rep. on the phone They asked for documents which I sent to them 3-4 times. I was told someone will call me. To date no one has reached out to me. I followed up each time I submitted documents. It was always not clear enough no matter how many times I sent it to them. So very disappointed in the way I have been treated. I have decided they are not worth the bother anymore. I was a loyal customer for many years. Not anymore. These people are messing with my credit rating. User's recommendation: Don't ever call some of them are really rude and condensending.
